Can I add items to my order?

Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order with the extra items.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We start working on your order as soon as it is placed, so we do not have the capability to amend or cancel it.

Can you send my order as a gift for customs purposes?

Unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrapping services for orders and do not ship items in gift packaging.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you do not need to register to place an order, but you need to provide a valid e-mail address and contact details when placing an order.
